2020 Balloting Fraud

Eight useful articles and data points showcasing 2020's election theft

(American Thinker)

There's a growing body of detailed information explaining both the traditional election fraud and the computer vote theft that threw this election to Biden.  Indeed, in the past weeks, our American Thinker authors have added greatly to that body of work.  Today, though, there was an explosion of information — including Rudy Giuliani's stunning statements before the Pennsylvania Legislature — so I wanted to put a road map together for you in a single post.

1. While speaking before the Pennsylvania Legislature, Rudy Giuliani introduced a stunning fact: Pennsylvania sent out 1,823,148 absentee or mail-in ballots.  It logged that voters returned approximately 1.4 million of those mail-in ballots.  Fair enough.  Where things get hinky is that Pennsylvania counted 2.5 million mail-in ballots following the election.  Giuliani also referenced mail-in ballots that were returned before they were mailed, the day they were mailed, or the day after they were mailed.

Any normal person can see this is absolute fraud of 800k votes......

2. One witness whom Giuliani questioned testified about the normal appearance of real-time vote-tallying graphs, even if one candidate is far ahead of the other.  No matter what, there's always a smooth curve rising up on the graph.  When there's a huge spike, it signals fraud.  The witness described almost 604,000 votes arriving at once as a huge bolus for Biden, with slightly over 3,200 votes for Trump.

3. Gregory Strenstrom testified before the Pennsylvania Legislature that USB drives with data were missing, that people were walking around with bags of USBs that they plugged into voting machines, that the chain of custody for drives and ballots was broken, that unopened mail-in ballots and 47 USB cards vanished, and that various other documents and records were destroyed.

As a reminder, it's illegal to destroy voting records.  Moreover, the doctrine of spoliation holds that when people destroy records they're required to maintain, the law will presume that the records were adverse to them.

4. "Anomalies in Vote Counts and Their Effects on Election 2020."  We've been hearing since November 4 about those bizarre vote spikes for Biden, all of which occurred in the wee hours of the morning.  If you mention them to a Biden-supporter, you'll find them dismissed.  You'll be told that it was normal for Biden to receive votes in the hundreds of thousands, all at once, because he was the king of mail-in ballots.

At the link, you can see a summary of all of those weird spikes in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia, none of which can be explained away simply by saying "mail-in ballots."  There's math, but it's accessible and will help you understand what everyone is talking about.

5. "2020 Election: Could Trump's claims have merit?"  This is another analysis of the voting data from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin showing data spikes that cannot be accounted for in the natural order of things.

6. Russell Ramsland, Jr., is a co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, LLC (ASOG).  His company has been tracking problems with computer voting systems (including Dominion and Smartmatic) for years.  You can read here his affidavit explaining how the computer data show vote manipulation in the contested states.  I especially appreciate the huge voter turnout for Biden, with many places recording that more than 100% of registered voters showed up.

Additionally, I cannot recommend highly enough the following 45-minute PowerPoint discussion that Ramsland gave for Jerome Corsi's broadcast.  It's not specifically about the election.  Instead, it is about how these computer systems work and why they are so vulnerable to fraud.  I thought I'd be a bit bored with all the technical information, but I was mesmerized.  If you want to understand inexplicable elections (including, in my opinion, Obama's 2012 re-election), this video is a must-see:

(I assume that Democrats didn't bring significant fraud to the 2016 election because they didn't think they had to.  They were so confident that Hillary couldn't lose that they skipped taking out their "insurance policy.")

7. Joseph Hippolito has a solid summary of the facts showing why Trump will win when all the fraud is exposed.  You might want to pair reading it with reading the complaint Sidney Powell filed in Georgia just before midnight on Wednesday.

8. The Thomas More Society's Amistad Project filed a lawsuit in Georgia "arguing that more than 200,000 votes in Georgia may have been either illegally counted or improperly uncounted."  This number matters because Biden's alleged lead over Trump is only a little over 12,000 votes.

The 'smartest man in the room' has joined Sidney Powell's team

AMERICAN THINKER

In her Georgia complaint, Sidney Powell included the declaration of Navid Kesheavarz-Nia, an expert witness who stated under oath that there was massive computer fraud in the 2020 election, all of it intended to secure a victory for Joe Biden.  Dr. Kershavarz-Nia's name may not mean a lot to you, but it's one of the weightiest names in the world when it comes to sniffing out cyber-security problems.

We know how important Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is because, just two and a half months ago, the New York Times ran one of its Sunday long-form articles about a massive, multi-million-dollar fraud that a talented grifter ran against the American intelligence and military communities.  Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is one of the few people who comes off looking good:

Navid Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, "was always the smartest person in the room." In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots. After several months of working with Mr. Courtney, he began connecting those dots too. He did not like where they led.

Not only does Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have an innate intelligence, but he's also got extraordinary academic and practical skills in cyber-fraud detection and analysis.  The reason we know about his qualifications is that it takes seven paragraphs for him to list them in the declaration he signed to support the Georgia complaint.

His qualifications include a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in various areas of electrical and computer engineering.  In addition, "I have advanced trained from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA), DHS office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) and Massachusetts Institution of Technology (MIT)."

Professionally, Dr. Kershavarz-Nia has spent his career as a cyber-security engineer.  "My experience," he attests," spans 35 years performing technical assessment, mathematical modeling, cyber-attack pattern analysis, and security intelligence[.]"  I will not belabor the point.  Take it as given that Dr. Kershavarz-Nia may know more about cyber-security than anyone else in America.

So what does the brilliant Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have to say?  This:

1. Hammer and Scorecard is real, not a hoax (as Democrats allege), and both are used to manipulate election outcomes.

2. Dominion, ES&S, Scytl, and Smartmatic are all vulnerable to fraud and vote manipulation — and the mainstream media reported on these vulnerabilities in the past.

3. Dominion has been used in other countries to "forge election results."

4. Dominion's corporate structure is deliberately confusing to hide relationships with Venezuela, China, and Cuba.

5. Dominion machines are easily hackable.

6. Dominion memory cards with cryptographic key access to the systems were stolen in 2019.

Although he had no access to the machines, Dr. Kershavarz has looked at available data about the election and the vote results.  Based on that information, he concluded.

1. The counts in the disputed states (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia) show electronic manipulation.

2. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results.

3. One to two percent of votes were forged in Biden's favor.

4. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.

5. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed.

6. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts.

7. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots.  They demonstrated manipulation.  For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2–3 hours.

8. Dominion used Chinese parts, and there's reason to believe that China, Venezuela, Cuba interfered in the election.

9. There was a Hammer and Scorecard cyber-attack that altered votes in the battleground states, and then forwarded the results to Scytl servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to avoid detection.

10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.

Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with "high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden."

This is going to be tough evidence for Democrats to counter.  Back when the naïve Democrats thought Trump would be the one to commit fraud, they held congressional hearings and wrote articles about the voting machines' vulnerability.  And with the New York Times touting Dr. Keshavarz-Nia's brilliance and his ability to sniff out fraud, they'll struggle to that he's not a reliable expert.

Common sense tells us something is not right. President Trump drew massive crowds at every event and campaigned aggressively hold as many as 5 rallies a day. Biden had not crowds and called for a lid more days than not. He did hardly any press interviews and those he did were riddled w/ gaffs. Kamala couldn't draw more than 2% support from her party during primaries and do no interviews during campaign. No freakin way a record 80 million people voted for them. No way.

Folks on the left and in media have been downplaying or mocking any questions about the legitimacy of the election.

This despite sworn affidavits as to a variety of issues in multiple states.

You would think that media would want to report on some of the allegations. But in large measure, the national media has mostly turned a blind eye, any of the actual affidavits from witnesses. The only coverage has been from conservative or local media.

But the results of the election themselves raise questions.

As I wrote previously, the “red wave” in the House, with 27 toss-up races all going to the Republicans and with Republicans even winning some lean Democrat races, the holding of the Senate and the winning of state legislatures all raised the question of how all that could be happening, yet not giving President Donald Trump a win?

Yet there are more troubling numbers, as the Spectator observes in an article from Patrick Basham, who is similarly very troubled by what the numbers show.

Trump got 11 million more votes than when he won in 2016, receiving more votes than any incumbent running for re-election. Ok, so let’s accord some of that to the additional mail-in nature of this election.

But the president also made gains among minorities, getting from 8 percent of the black vote in 2016 to getting at least 12% in 2020, according to some measures. Normally that much would have doomed Joe Biden’s candidacy.

Trump also gained with 35% of the Hispanic vote nationally. Bellwether states like Florida, Ohio and Iowa went more to Trump than they had in 2016. Usually the Rust Belt states would go with Ohio as they had in 2016. As Basham notes, there have only been one who “lost” the Electoral College after winning those three states since 1852 – Richard Nixon in 1960 but that’s when there was a lot of question about “help” received by John Kennedy.

Moreover while there were spikes in exactly the cities that Biden needed in the critical swing states, there weren’t comparable spikes in comparable cities. Because while Biden supposedly won more votes than anyone in history (despite not being able to get out people to fill his circles in anemic events), he “won a record low of 17 percent of counties; he only won 524 counties, as opposed to the 873 counties Obama won in 2008.” But supposedly had more total votes. What that says is the increase was where it needed to be, not across the board, in what one would have to say was very unusual.

As I’ve written before, the non-polling metrics had all been going to Trump including party registrations trends; the respective primary votes; candidate enthusiasm; social media followings; broadcast and digital media ratings; online searches; the number of (especially small) donors; and the number of individuals betting on each candidate. So you would have to believe that all these historically accurate measures all suddenly were wrong to believe that Trump lost.

Basham also points to a variety of different irregularities that require answers including:

1. Why late on election night did swing states stop counting votes when Trump was way ahead? Why were some observers stopped from getting to viably observe the counting?

2. Unusual vote counts coming in batches of hundreds of thousands with unusually high numbers for Biden.

3. “Historically low absentee ballot rejection rates despite the massive expansion of mail voting.”

4. Witnesses reporting ballots in pristine condition (not folded), missing votes, invalid residential addresses.

5. In Georgia, Biden overtook Trump with 89 percent of the votes counted. For the next 53 batches of votes counted, Biden led Trump by the same exact 50.05 to 49.95 percent margin in every single batch. It is particularly perplexing that all statistical anomalies and tabulation abnormalities were in Biden’s favor. Whether the cause was simple human error or nefarious activity, or a combination, clearly something peculiar happened.

There are serious questions here and it’s the folks who just want to shut aside any of the questions who have the issue, not those who want answers.

Trump is shooting himself and everyone else in the foot by having glamor-girl porno-hairstyle mopheaded inferior-gender lawyerettes plan and present his fraudulent-balloting case to SCOTUS.  C'mon Don, put Sekulow or Pat Philbin or at least anti-mob-attorney Guiliani in charge!

Holy Lord Jesus Christ,

We Christian patriots humbly and earnestly petition you now in inexpressible gratitude and thankfulness for your merciful gracious redemption for us sinner saints through your atoning blood.

Please successfully and righteously resolve the obvious balloting-fraud dilemma which Hell-destined-hateful anti-Trump revilers and deceptive schemers of reverse-gender-pronouns-advocating females-molesting-perv Joe Biden and his abortion-choice-promoting sexist-feminist VP-candidate-ditz Kamala Harris have illegally imposed against lawful citizens of America.

If Trump utilizes SCOTUS, maybe in addition with other means, give his lawyers - under perhaps Guiliani - wisdom, courage, insight, and protection to present the best possible evidence in the best possible ways to those of the High Court, and give similar courage, wisdom, and protection to those on the Supreme Court who will - with possible total-electoral-votes-adjusted consequences - decide in favor of whoever is Biblically concordant with your divine will and sacred-Scriptures Word.
